Flow builder is the engine in the system and controls the workflows and processes. This tool designs and automates all the business processes of a telecom provider. The processes are easily designed using the graphical tool, which automatically interacts with Status Action.
Status Action has a key role and is used throughout the system to control processes, log and validate events, keeping track of the status of any given process and controls the actions performed.

iTMS Status Action handles all the customer’s order flows. The Status Action process has been developed in partnership with TeleDanmark and handles many hundreds of thousands of orders, of all types, every day.

We have developed a Flow Builder system so you can prepare order process flows using Drag and Drop and it is very easy for us to generate the desired order processes very quickly.

To enable process flows to process orders, the system has to be integrated with external systems. Fx. Integration with a mobile operator’s system, external ERP system, a Print House, a Logistics centre for SIM cards distribution and a number porting clearing house.

There is flows for creating IPTV, installations, Internet, IP-telephony, Mobile Products, Creation, installation, modifications, or it may be something to be provisioned etc.

Here, we can see that the objective of this function is to run an Install procedure, the purpose of which is to update the Number porting status in an external system.  Once this has been done, the order proceeds to the next desk.

The dark grey box is a manual order handling queue. 

The order handling people need to insert SIP information and push OK bottom when finished.
