Tele2 has for more than 3 years been using TMS Multi Channel Portal in order to service all its many Self Service customers and employees. All the processes has together with Capernow been digitized in order to give the customers the best experience and service. At the same time the Capernow TMS 3D Status Action & Flowbuilder has automated all processes including the time consumpions processes like "number porting" and "partner technician calender management". Also the provisioning against network owner and Tele2´s other applications and hardware has been done using the TMS WS Transaction Module.
