Syd Energi has the complete TMS suite of modules in order to automate as much as possible of its FTTH open network solution. This means that Syd Energi itself does not offer any service to its customers, all services is offered by Service Providers. However all services are invoiced by Syd Energi using TMS billing. Syd Energi uses Capernow Multichannel Portal in order to offer the best possible service to its customers. Behind the scene, Capernow TMS 3D Status Action & Flowbuilder is doing the job using its realtime process digitalization engine and builder.

Users care about service. When developing the services it was the goal for Syd Energi and Capernow to give a lot of thought to the design of the supporting processes. This has now been done and today the digitized processes span multiple enterprise divisions, people, service partners. Examples of the digitized processes are a complete view of the customer, order management and fulfillment, logistics including reverse logistics, SLA monitoring fro business customers etc.
