Tele Management Systems is a mission critical tool in any company offering services to customers in the telecom market. Our solution to these challenges is the iTMS product – iTMS stands for intelligent Tele Management Systems.

iTMS is a best-of-breed standalone platform, as confirmed by new market entrants who use this BSS platform as the backbone of their operation. The time-to-market factor is built in, meaning that it can easily integrate with and enhance legacy systems, as confirmed by larger carriers who have automated some or all of their own business processes using our solution.

The principal differentiator of iTMS is its modular intelligence, which automates very complex business processes and provides dynamic management tools.  In the telecom sector, perhaps more than in any other sector, this is a highly complex process which requires deep sector knowledge.  This is made available in a fully distributed environment, fully available on-line.  Customers can host their own iTMS platform, or they can simply log on to the platform online as a fully managed service - Software as a Service and Cloud Computing is available upon request.

We compete primarily on time-to-market, ease-of-installation, modularity, support, deep sector knowledge and cost competitive solutions.  On all these parameters, we are able to compete very effectively, which is confirmed by a very commanding position in our home market.  We were among the first to offer a fully hosted solution, providing the platform on the basis of Software as a Service.  This is today the chosen platform for a multitude of our customers among the medium sized MVNO’s across Europe.

The larger systems are ready in 3-6 months, the smaller from 2-3 weeks – so speed are indeed part of our success.
  • Low cost comes seldom from using low cost product; often we tend to choose the cheap solutions, thus throwing away quality and strategic fit. We make manageable systems at affordable prices, we are not among the lowest priced but probably among the contenders with the fastest ROI – our customers stay with us for many years, and we expect to stay innovative and listen to every idea that might give you a “killer app”; our customers are as our peers thus in the very center of our road map!
  • Open systems make strong solutions. Systems often tend to be single islands in the landscape of IT solutions; we believe that systems should be easy to use, open to give and receive information, be able to send and receive commands – today and tomorrow all kind of hardware will be software operated, and why not utilize this possibility already today?
