For self-service, most letters are sent to the end customer in the form of an email or SMS, in order to minimize correspondence.
It is possible to manage this 100% using the letter matrix, where you can select the transmission form by letter type to the end customer - per partner.
The advantages are:
- Individual letter formulations may be prepared
- Sending individual letters in the usual way
- Sending individual mail by email
- Send mail by SMS
- Choose not to send letters
- Choose to generate letters on the customer's account but not send them to the customer
