iTMS offers the web services which are required to give a complete account overview in the self-service portal. Capernow delivers a tutorial on the self-service portal, which contains most options for Creation, Modifications, Top up, etc.
There are web services for customers’ information, subscriptions, price lists, IPTV, Video on demand records (VOD), Mobile CDR, Mobile account information, Mobile Top up, Provisioning codes etc.
The self-service system has been in communication with the iTMS web services and retrieved account information. There are web services for all conceivable scenarios involving creation, phone numbers, IPTV, VOIP etc.
Mobile service change.
iTMS has retrieved the product information using web services and displays it here on the self-service portal.
In order to display the list of products offered, the following web service is used:
Mobile_Services_GetProvisioningCodes. This communicates directly with the iTMS product module for the relevant partner and retrieves the services offered.
