Order Management

iTMS Telco contains all functions and queues needed to create mobile, fixed net, VoIP and/or ADSL orders.

The highly advanced queue system, which is part of Status Action, is developed together with Tele Danmark Mobil, who uses iTMS Telco order handling for all their mobile orders. Today more that 100 million orders have been handled through this system. i-TMS Telco status action order handling is very solid with minimum errors. Most of the big utility companies in Denmark use i-TMS Telco status action system for handling their roll-out of fiber, TV-packages, IPtv, VoIP orders, Video on Demand etc.

When an order is implemented through the call centre or through the self service portal, an order is generated with an order number. Each order must be expedited before the product is delivered to the customer. The iTMS order processing system is constructed in an advanced 3 dimensional environment, which means an order can be divided into several layers. E.g. an order creation involves the ordering of Fiber, TV, a set-top box, mobile telephony, VoIP, a router, etc. In order to handle this, a primary order is generated with a number of suborders for each product. The products may be dependent on each other; e.g. the fiber is delivered before the TV, set-top box, Internet, VoIP telephony, while the mobile subscriptions can be delivered immediately. In order to handle the difficult processes and dependencies, the processes are divided into independent sub-processes that take care of independent tasks. E.g. there is a process for managing the overall processes, processes to handle correspondence with the customer, processes to manage the commissioning for the operator etc. Internet which can handle order process management that can handle...

There are more than 65 standard flows in iTMS for managing the creation, modification, and number porting of the order types Fiber, SHDSL, Cable TV, set-top boxes, prepaid/post-paid mobile, VoIP, Internet, routers, miscellaneous hardware, technicians, collection reminders and more.

There are often parts of an order which cannot be implemented without manual intervention. An instruction that the relevant process must be processed manually is inserted into the order process flow. E.g. the shipment of a set-top box where the order goes into a logistics queue from which a logistics employee can pick the product, scan the serial number and Mac address into the iTMS order management system and add a note that the product has been released by clicking ok. When the manual process is completed, the set-top box can be provisioned in the underlying systems.
