Here, you will find all the process entailed in iTMS. There is such flows for creating IPTV, installations, Internet, IP-telephony, Mobile Products, Creation, installation, modifications, or it may be something to be provisioned etc.
The orders move down through the flow where each of the boxes performs a specific job.
Together with the Flow Builder system, the Status Action system has been devised in partnership with TDC Mobile in order to ensure that the system is able to handle large volumes of orders. ITMS Flow Builder is a Drag and Drop function and it is extremely easy to create new processes.
iTMS is included more than 70 standard process flows for controlling: Signup, change, delete for - Mobile Prepaid/postpaid, fixedline, VoIP, Internet, IPTV, Fiber, Cable, Content etc.
The TMS system flows are split into three main categories:
Order Flows
Flows used to handle orders. Orders are service centric and as such one customer ordering several services will have several active orders. Examples include creation of a iTMS Subscription and Semi Open partner placing an order for IP telephony.
Interface flows
Flows used to track and manage transactions against external interfaces.
Internal flows
Used for internal purposes and/or flows which do not fit in the above categories. Examples include periodically checking warehouse stock and Trouble Ticket handling.
