iTMS is a BSS Solution covering online customer management, billing, customer care, and hundreds of best practice automated drag 'n drop workflows. All of the modules are fully web-enabled and can be operated by the client or by outsourcers such as call centers and back office specialists. It is an end-to-end solution, and importantly, easy to use and install.

Telco / Triple play integration

Typically, web services are used when communicating with external systems. In the above examples, integrations have been implemented with mobile, Fiber, Content, VoIP, IPTV, and Internet providers.
A service activator is communicated with in order to activate the services. This may be a mobile IN platform, VoIP, IPTV, Video on Demand and Internet activation. SIM cards are also managed by an external partner. OSS and ERP integration for the creation of customers in an external system.
In order to manage Triple Play, a number of other process flows are used in iTMS for mobile processes, unless it is a combination to which all processes are added. There are also a number of interfaces that are added for order processing and Call centers. Once the integration with the external systems has been completed, the process flows can be easily adapted for the business in a cost effective manner.
The provisioning codes for the product to be provisioned are added to the iTMS product module, and the system to be communicated with is selected.
Compared to an xVNE solution that can handle multi-brands, the integration will be achieved in one occurrence and a multiple number of brands can be subsequently created without requiring any additional integration work.
