Capernow will use the SCRUM Methodology to identify, develop and implement specific customer business requirements needed to fulfil the overall SBS. The advantage of this model is that detailed requirements must not be identified initially, but will be uncovered during the on-going development and analysis process (sprints).
Implementation and Roll-out
In Capernow projects are completed in 4-6 month depending on the Scope of the project. Implementation Projects are done according to the SCRUM Methodology. Most of the customization of the solution can be done offsite. Most of the workshops, sprint review (delivering of a sprint) and testing has to be done onsite.
In the first phase we do a workshop with the customer to establish the SBS and the Product Backlog. The Product Backlog is the document holding all the requirements for the Project. The requirements are described as User Stories or Use Cases. It is the Product Owners responsibility to ensure that all requirements are there and that they are prioritized accordingly.
To fulfill all the user stories in the Product Backlog we will do a series of Sprints until all items are completed. The planning of the sprints is done in close co-operation with the customer.
Projects with dynamic requirements and the need for a fast Time-to-Market are the perfect match for this methodology, with focus on high quality, on-time delivery, and simplicity. We share the customer’s enthusiasm for this fast-paced market, and have the passion for delivering our customers entry to new markets at low cost and high quality.
