Text management
The correspondence module handles the correspondence sent out to the end customers in connection with ordering and marketing.
Letters and text content in iTMS can be maintained here. The system has been constructed with the same features as Word and is very easy to operate. All text content can be written directly into iTMS or, for example, into Word. Tables and the most common fonts, sizes, formatting, etc. are supported. Text, tables, fonts etc. can be copied directly into iTMS and saved.
iTMS MVNE letter module
This module makes it possible to handle individual letters and wording for multiple numbers of partners in iTMS. Letters can be sent as ordinary letters, emails, SMS or can be completely omitted.
A trigger will be generated with parameters for which letter must be sent in the given situation. All of this is handled in the iTMS status action flows.

- Individual letter formulations can be prepared
- Individual letters can be sent in the usual way
- Individual mails can be sent by email
- Mail can be sent by SMS
- You can choose not to send letters
- You can choose to generate letters in the customer's account but not send them to the customer
The text management section consists of several parts.
Flows:
iTMS’s order process flows determine which letter is printed at the relevant time.

Partners:
iTMS’s xVNE-5 can handle multiple partners. I.e. when the flow dictates that a letter is printed, the modules in iTMS determine how the message should be sent, which partners will use the letter, and manages the individual letter text per partner.
Matrix:
Under the partner letter matrix, which specific partners must use the individual letters is set up. The manner of the transmission, i.e. by email, letter, etc. is also set up here.
Under System Set-up, the partner letter matrix, it is possible to change the method of sending correspondence by the individual partners. If, in future, partner MPB wishes to send letters out by text message, you just select it in the matrix here.
Letters to be printed are queued for printing (PDF).
In the event that there are large amounts of physical mail to be sent, it might be an idea to have a printing firm handle the job. iTMS can deliver the feed needed for dealing with printing firms.
