Our work
Capernow develops extremely complex systems, and development is a pivotal concept in Capernow. This is true both when it comes to employees and the solutions and products we create for our customers.

Capernow operates in a challenging and dynamic market, and that is why we are constantly endeavouring to make the complex simple.
For instance, we have dedicated project managers who are responsible for their own customers and cooperate closely with them, not only in terms of technical solutions, but also with regard to the optimal form of cooperation.
This way, we create the optimal service for our customers and ensure that we are always on the look-out for new solutions and new ways of doing things.
Development and training
At Capernow, we are always striving to be able to provide the best service to our customers. And we take our responsibilities seriously. Therefore, we are extremely mindful of the individual employee’s training and professional development. Development that takes place both through the day-to-day work and through actual courses.
