Our working day
At Capernow, the working day always starts with a “Scrum meeting” in which project managers and developers in the given team participate.
The objective of the meeting is to follow up on the previous day's tasks, follow up on ongoing tasks and to provide a status that is relevant to our customers.
We are in daily contact with our customers, which is why it is important to always know the priority given to a task and the customer's wishes and requirements in respect of the tasks we are working on. Conversely, our customer’s expect a status on the progress and financial aspects on all the tasks we are working on for them.

The customer's tasks, which relate both to errors and requests for change, come in via our Service Management System. ind
Our Service Management deals with, for instance:
- Error correction in the TMS system
- Advice and guidance on use of the TMS system
- Assistance and consultancy in relation to communication with third party systems or content providers
- Development of new functionality
